Dennis was born in 1994 in Lugansk. He began to study the violin at the age of six in the Children's Music School No. 6 in Lugansk in the class of Irina Golovko and Vladimir Zuev. In 2007 he won the 1^st prize at the Erdenko Competition in Belgorod, in the same year he entered the Central Music School in Moscow in the class of Prof. Marina Keselman. In 2013 he entered the Moscow Conservatory. P. I. Tchaikovsky to the class of Marina Keselman. He is a laureate of international competitions, including the International Violin Competition in Cremona 2015 (1^st prize), and the Demidov International Competition for young violinists "DeMux" in Yekaterinburg, 2015 (1^st prize). Soloist of the St. Petersburg House of Music since 2017.
